The Quiss Digital Academy Training Portal
Accessed via a browser or mobile device, the Quiss Digital Academy Training Portal includes training videos and guides on Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 applications and cyber security. Aimed to upgrade users’ skills and increase productivity, it can also store existing training content for your organisation, acting as a “one stop shop” for training.
Microsoft Office
Each Office application can be viewed by topic or skill level, allowing users to learn everything from adding new slides to a PowerPoint presentation, to using complex functions in Excel. With bitesize videos to make it easy to fit learning into a busy schedule and exercise files to follow along and a user guide to refer back to later.
Microsoft 365 Apps
The Quiss training portal includes more than 100 videos across nine 365 apps, from creating questionnaires using Microsoft Forms, managing projects using Planner, organising meetings using Teams or automating business processes using Power Automate.
Bespoke Content
Reduce the need for users to search multiple locations when accessing training material. User guides and videos for any existing training content can be hosted on our portal, such as training materials for a document management system, CRM or PDF editing software.
Cyber Security
The training portal also includes a 30 minute cyber security course, split across three videos. Score 70% or more in the short quiz to receive a personalised certificate, straight to your inbox.
Additional Support
Sometimes users need a bit more support and may wish to email or chat to someone about a particular topic. Each video on the portal includes links to submit a question to the Training team* and book a training session directly into a trainer’s calendar*.
