Black Country Chamber of Commerce patrons Quiss Technology has agreed a new managed IT services support contract with fellow member Crystal Payroll Ltd.

Quiss sales executive Rob Wheeler commented: “From the first meeting, I was confident our Qworks solution would deliver a more robust, proactive and reliable IT support service for Crystal; technology is critical to the firm’s success, given their focus on delivering a high-quality outsourced service to their clients.

“By transitioning to Microsoft Office 365 and adopting Cloud services, the business has the support of our 58-strong team of helpdesk analysts, field service engineers and network specialists. It’s not just support on the phone, but people in their office when needed.

“Following a thorough audit of Crystal’s existing system, we made the necessary changes to ensure it is now robust and reliable. Unlimited support from our helpdesk ensures any issues are handled quickly and effectively to help Crystal grow as expected

Julie Walker, Managing Director at Crystal Payroll said: “We are a small but ambitious business that offers organisations of all sizes, a reliable, personal, affordable and hassle-free solution to running their payroll.

“As we grow, we understand the importance of a more effective IT systems and infrastructure, backed by specialist support when we need it. The move to Office 365 also delivers the greater flexibility we need as we grow our business.

“Meeting Quiss regularly at Chamber events helped us understand their services, without us ever feeling we were being ‘sold’ to. It shows the value of meeting other members at events that help each other understand the challenges faced, whilst building mutually beneficial relationships.

“Rob demonstrated how Quiss could support our growth plans and the early signs are very encouraging; we have far more confidence in our systems and can now concentrate on delivering the high-quality service our clients have come to expect.”
