Following the completion of their training, everyone is asked to fill in an assessment form, which are analysed and discussed with the client, to ensure the initial objectives of the programme have been successfully met.

We can also make any recommendations about changing the structure or content of future training courses – our flexible approach ensures we tailor programmes to the practical needs of the business.

We deliver courses on the majority of key applications used in the office today and will assist experienced users transition from older to newer software versions. We will also help train new users from the basics to an advanced standard, ensuring the best use is made of the technology available and that those being trained become more effective and more efficient in the use of their time.
