As soon as you purchase a piece of equipment from us, it is automatically added to your inventory on our system. This generates a notification when the warranty runs out and the post-warranty break-fix solution starts to ensure there is continuous cover and peace of mind.

The support function includes all hardware required to fix any issues with the equipment covered by our maintenance agreement, as well as unlimited engineering support onsite during predefined hours.
