Our managed service solution, WORKS, incorporates everything that a business requires from an operational and strategic perspective and is specifically designed for the business that does not want to employ and manage an internal IT resource. It is a fixed cost (based on the user headcount), fixed term partnership.

WORKS provides a high level of support for users whenever they need it and professional management of an infrastructure which can be either hosted at our data centre in Tamworth or remain on the client's site.

A managed service is all about ownership and WORKS is no different. All third party applications and service providers are managed under the terms of existing support arrangements but with Quiss being the single point of contact. Ownership, with the client in control of one source who in turn is solely responsible for the delivery of service to the business.
