We place strong emphasis on the business aspects of training, allowing us to better appreciate the objectives of our clients and ensure that courses meet their goals. Quiss understands that many organisations prefer to have training on their own site as this negates having staff away from the office. For those organisations that prefer off site courses we have fully equipped training suites at our facility in Tamworth.
Our focus is on developing long term partnerships with our clients through an ongoing cycle of assessment, planning, training, review and feedback. Training needs within organisations are changing all the time and our approach provides a much higher level of benefit to the client than a one off training service, although this can also be accommodated on request.
Following the completion of our training, delegates are asked to fill in an assessment form. These are then analysed and discussed with the client, to ensure that the initial objectives of the programme have been successfully met and any recommendations made with regard to further training.
In addition to providing courses on the majority of key applications used in the office today, we will assist experienced users in the transition from older to newer software versions or train new users from the basics to an advanced standard, ensuring that the best possible use is made of the technology available. The Quiss team consists of trainers with years of experience in delivering standard training modules tailored to specific business needs and can take the form of classroom, one to one tuition, workshops or floor-walking training sessions.
