Our data centre has the following building security provision:
- Generator and UPS for whole building on continuous run
- All doors leading to data centre are on door access system
- Redundant n+2 Air Conditioning
- Remote temperature monitoring and AC failure monitoring
- PCI DSS approved (security standards for data protection)
- FM200 fire suppression
- Building is on Red Care with police call out
- Located in the centre of the building
- CCTV retention 180 days
- CCTV on all entry / exit points of data centre
You will receive full management and administration of the server by our highly skilled team of network engineers, enabling you to focus on your user administration safe in the knowledge that your server environment is totally secure.
Quiss Technology is responsible for the integrity of the server, which includes the operating system and all hardware issues including configuration and necessary periodic upgrades. These upgrades cover the implementation of all software patches and updates that pass our internal evaluations for improving security and performance.
We monitor the server 24 hours a day 365 days a year, carrying out any day to day tasks needed to ensure that it is always in perfect working order. You will have full remote and physical access to your server as and when required.
