Training Services
In order to get the maximum benefit from any investment in technology, effective training of the personnel who utilise it is a critical factor for any company. As such the objective of our Training Division is to work with clients to establish tailored training strategies, which are both measurable and effective. Our training specialists have extensive experience of Microsoft software products and also in producing tailored courses for a broad range of other business specific applications.
We place a strong emphasis on the business aspects of training, allowing us to better understand the objectives of our clients and ensure that courses meet their corporate goals. Quiss understand that many organisations prefer to have training on their own site as this minimises the amount of time a delegate spends away from their role in the company. For those organisations that prefer off site courses we have a fully equipped training suite at our facility in Tamworth.
Following the completion of our training, delegates are asked to fill in an assessment form. These are then analysed and discussed with the client, to ensure that the initial objectives of the programme have been successfully met.
We focus on developing a longer term partnership with our clients through an ongoing cycle of assessment, planning, training, review and feedback. Training needs within organisations are changing all the time and we believe that this approach provides a much higher level of benefit to the client than a one off training service, although this can also be accommodated on request.
In addition to providing courses on the majority of key applications used in the office environment today, we can assist experienced users in the transition from older to newer software versions or train new users from the basics up to an advanced standard, ensuring that the best possible use is made of the technology available to them.
